The Watch Internship(See video below) I have posted watchmen on your walls Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night... Isaiah 62:6 The Watch internship is a three-month period set aside for the adoration of Jesus Christ every night; a season focused singly on the only worthy God (Psalm 134:1-2). To a young adult generation who is being romanced by the counterfeit passions of the night, we stand to provide an environment where one can come and experience the true passions of God's heart. God is presently establishing intercessors in the night watch all over the earth (Isaiah 62:6-7). IHOP Atlanta is calling young adults to give up a summer, a semester or a season of work or school for the purpose of intensively seeking the face of Jesus for 12 weeks. This will be a company of young adults gathering to pour out their lives and to encounter Jesus. We are asking God for strategic heart connections of future leaders and intercessors in the world wide prayer movement that will continue until the second coming of Christ. CalendarGlobal Bridegroom Fast1/5/2009 to 1/7/2009The Global Bridegroom Fast is a monthly, solemn assembly of believers all over the globe in unified holy abandonment to Jesus for three days. We are calling believers worldwide to join together in unified prayer and fasting for revival motivated by experiencing love for Jesus. This is not simply an event, but a new lifestyle in the grace of God. Anyone in any place can participate in the Global Bridegroom Fast. At IHOP Atlanta, we set aside these three days as corporate fasting days for anyone who wants to participate.
Staff Intercession Meeting1/6/2009 4:00pm - 6:00pmTuesday is a designated prayer and fasting day for IHOP Atlanta staff and family. We have scheduled intercession meetings at 10 a.m., 4 p.m., 8 p.m., and midnight. We ask that all staff make it a priority to attend the weekly Tuesday 4 p.m. intercession meeting, as this is the one time weekly that we come together as a community for worship and intercession. Full-time staff are required to attend the 4 p.m. and an additional intercession meeting on Tuesday. Part-time staff are required to attend only the 4 p.m. intercession meeting. This meeting is open to the public as are all IHOP Atlanta prayer meetings Encounter Service1/11/2009 10:00am - 1:00pmThe IHOP Atlanta Encounter Service is held twice weekly, on Sundays at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Each service incorporates prophetic worship, Biblical teaching, prayer, and ministry times. Each service is geared to call individuals to a depth of the knowledge of God, intimacy with Jesus, urgency for the hour, and the Sermon on the Mount lifestyle. Through proclamation and impartation, each service is focused on providing a place for encounter with God for the individual, as well as generating a shift in the spiritual atmosphere over the city of Atlanta. Immediately following the service, there is an Information meeting for anyone desiring more information regarding IHOP Atlanta. GSM: The Book of Isiaah1/12/2009 6:00pm - 8:00pmIsaiah was not only a prophetic voice to his generation, but also a powerful messianic and eschatological theologian. He is the most frequently quoted prophetic voice in the Scriptures. In this course, we will explore the vast amount of detail and prophetic insight concerning the nature of prophecy, justice to the poor, Messiah as the Suffering Servant, the End of the Age, the Harlot Babylon, the Antichrist, the Day of the Lord, Israel's example to the nations, and the Millennial Kingdom. Week after week, we will unravel the mysteries of Isaiah’s prophecies through considering their historical context as well as the future implications of the many prophecies yet to be fulfilled.
